Current checkout status
Payments and public generation are disabled. The displayed credit-pack prices are review information; this site does not currently accept payment. There is no active self-service cash-refund form. Use the support address or report form shown on this page for questions.
Generation credit restoration
When generation is enabled, credits are reserved once when a task is created. On a confirmed failure, cancellation or terminal timeout, the system restores eligible task credits once. A repeated task or queue delivery does not cause a second refund. Credits associated with a purchase that has already been refunded are not restored as spendable credits.
Unconfirmed submissions and completed results
A timeout or connection interruption during provider submission can leave the task unconfirmed. It is held for recovery and is not automatically posted again or immediately refunded as a definite failure. A successfully completed AI video uses its credits even if the result differs from your preference; appearance variability alone does not trigger automatic credit restoration.
Payment refunds are separate
Restoring service credits is not a cash refund. This release has no automatic cash-refund mechanism and does not promise an implemented seven-day refund program. If a payment refund is separately approved and confirmed by Waffo, the existing billing integration removes the remaining unused credits attributable to that purchase. It does not turn already-spent credits into a negative balance.
Before paid checkout opens
The support address and report form shown on this page receive refund questions. Cash refunds, when applicable to an actual future Waffo purchase, are handled through Waffo; a self-built cash-refund interface is not offered. The dedicated support contact and business setup are configured, but the Transmission Store must be approved by Waffo before payments are enabled. Payment-provider approval has not yet been confirmed. Any applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
