Who is responsible
Transmission 5 Dance AI is operated by Kai Liu, an individual operator based in China. Contact support@transmission5dance.com for privacy, account or service requests.
Reports and safety records
We store report contact details, task/page references, descriptions, ticket deadlines and operator decisions in private D1 records. Safety records include hashed prompt identifiers, policy versions, structured classifier decisions and operator reasons. Report rate limits use a hashed source identifier. These records have no automatic deletion period in this release and are separate from media retention. Use the report form to ask about access, correction or deletion; records may be retained to address abuse, disputes or legal obligations.
Current availability and photo preview
Generation and checkout are currently disabled. Choosing a photo creates a preview in your browser; the selected photo is not uploaded just by selecting it. The page also requests service availability and, if you are signed in, your task and credit status.
Where data is stored
When generation is enabled and you submit, uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Cloudflare D1 stores account and session records, photo metadata, task status, the included text prompt, and credit and order records. Cloudflare Workers hosts the application and Queues delivers generation tasks. Photos and completed videos are not stored as public gallery entries.
AI processing
When an authorized generation is submitted, Replicate processes the photo and our included text prompt using MiniMax Hailuo 2.3. Replicate receives a time-limited signed URL to read the input photo. We download the result into private R2 storage. No third-party reference video is sent as a production input. For safety review, fal.ai receives uploaded photos and generated videos; Waffo Prompt Sift receives the included prompt. These safety processors handle their copies under their own terms. Replicate handles its processing copies under its own data-retention and privacy terms; deleting media here does not promise deletion of every provider copy.
Retention and media deletion
Access to our stored input photos ends 24 hours after upload; access to completed videos ends 24 hours after completion. Scheduled cleanup removes expired R2 objects, with one-day bucket lifecycle rules as a fallback. Physical removal can lag the access cutoff. Signed input links expire after one hour and also require the input to remain within its retention period. The signed-in Delete my media action removes stored input and output media and cancels active local tasks. In-flight provider processing cannot be retracted by that action.
Accounts, cookies and records
The application uses essential session cookies when sign-in is configured. Account, credit, task and order records do not share the 24-hour media retention period. The account deletion flow removes account and media records and retains order records under an anonymized account identity; active tasks must first be finished or canceled. No fixed deletion period is promised for remaining transaction records. No optional analytics are configured for this release.
Payments and contact availability
Waffo is the intended payment provider. The dedicated Transmission Store and product mappings are configured, but its production review is still pending and checkout remains disabled. No payments are collected through this release. The support address shown on this page is the dedicated Transmission 5 Dance contact. Do not treat this policy as confirmation that Waffo has approved production payments.
