Authorized adult photos and original AI dance
Upload only your own photo or a photo of an adult who has explicitly authorized this use. Everyone depicted must be 18 or older. Do not upload minors, unauthorized third-party photos, celebrities or public figures. This independent, unofficial service creates an original AI-generated dance interpretation inspired by Transmission 5 Dance; results vary and are not exact choreography or an authentic recording.
1. Pornography and NSFW
Pornography, nudity, sexualized imagery, sexual services and other NSFW inputs or outputs are prohibited.
2. Violence and gore
Graphic violence, gore, threats, torture, terrorism and encouragement of self-harm are prohibited.
3. Hate content
Hate speech, hateful symbols, dehumanization or attacks targeting protected groups are prohibited.
4. Child-unsafe content
All photos of minors are prohibited, including non-sexual photos. We have zero tolerance for CSAM, child sexual exploitation, grooming or attempts to generate child-unsafe content. Suspected illegal material is restricted and escalated to appropriate authorities where required.
5. Deepfakes and deceptive impersonation
Face swap, person replacement, replacing the original dancer, celebrity or public-figure impersonation, deceptive fabricated statements and deceptive synthetic depictions are prohibited. No third-party real-person reference video, insertion into an original video, motion transfer, cloning of a performance or exact original choreography is offered. Do not present AI output as an authentic event.
6. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
Non-consensual intimate imagery, nudification, sexual exploitation, fabricated intimate interactions and threats to distribute such material are prohibited, including AI-generated material.
7. Copyright and trademark infringement
Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized protected characters, misleading branding and third-party material without permission are prohibited. Use only content you are authorized to process and share.
Platform safety checks and models
Video generation uses MiniMax Hailuo 2.3 through Replicate. Before generation, the included prompt is checked against baseline and operator-updated prohibited terms and Waffo Prompt Sift. Uploaded photos undergo an adult/public-figure and seven-category safety check using Gemini 2.5 Flash through fal.ai. Generated videos undergo whole-video safety review through fal.ai before display or download. Unavailable, unsafe or uncertain checks do not approve generation or release. Uncertain outputs remain private for operator review. Operators may inspect the complete video and record an approval or rejection; an unsafe result is removed. Versioned safety decisions and operator actions are retained privately. These controls do not make a promise that every violation will be detected. Generation remains disabled in this release.
Reports, acknowledgement and initial action
Use the report form linked below, including for appeals, or the configured support email shown below. Include the task ID or page URL, the concern and your contact email; do not send sensitive images. The form immediately acknowledges receipt with a ticket and status URL, within the 24-hour acknowledgement limit. The operator must complete initial investigation and action within 48 hours of receipt. Complex cases receive an initial action or status update within that period, an explanation and a revised deadline. High-risk content may be restricted or removed immediately. The operator checks the private report queue at least twice daily; ticket deadlines and overdue status are recorded. Ticket acknowledgement does not mean the allegation has been verified.
Account enforcement and content removal
For a first minor violation we may issue a warning and record it. Repeated violations, attempts to evade filtering or unresolved safety concerns may lead to generation restrictions or temporary account suspension. Severe violations, CSAM, NCII, deceptive impersonation, serious infringement or repeated abuse can result directly in violating-content removal, immediate suspension or permanent account termination without a prior warning. Suspended and terminated accounts cannot upload, generate, check out or access media through this service. Termination revokes sessions and removes stored user media. Content removal can also be applied separately. Operator actions and reasons are recorded; removal is retried if storage is unavailable. Changes here cannot retract a file already downloaded or guarantee deletion of provider copies.
Appeals and reconsideration
Use the same report form with the original decision or ticket ID and supporting context. Receipt is acknowledged immediately; initial reconsideration and action are due within 48 hours. Complex appeals receive an explanation and revised deadline. Operators can restore an incorrectly restricted account. Do not re-upload prohibited content while an appeal is pending.
